What do you need to quote my part?
2D/3D drawings (STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF) plus material, quantity and finish requirements. You will receive DFM feedback and a firm, itemized quotation within 24 hours.
Can you handle small batches or prototypes?
Yes. Our MOQ starts at just 100 pieces, and we support pilot runs before mass production so you can validate fit and function first.
How do you guarantee quality?
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every batch is 100% inspected before packing, and we can provide IATF 16949, RoHS, REACH and material certificates with your shipment.
How fast can I get parts?
Samples ship in 3-7 days; mass production runs 15-25 days depending on process and volume. Because tooling is built in-house, we cut weeks off typical supplier lead times.
Will my designs stay confidential?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs before any drawing exchange, and tooling built for your project is used exclusively for your orders.
Do you provide DFM feedback before production?
Yes — free with every quotation. Our engineers flag tolerance risks, thin walls, draft-angle issues and cost-down opportunities within 24 hours, before you commit to anything.
Can you handle rush or expedited orders?
Yes. For urgent projects we compress sampling to as fast as 3 days and reserve priority production slots. Tell us your target date in the RFQ and we commit to a schedule in writing.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Typically 30% deposit with order confirmation, balance before shipment (T/T). We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door — with your forwarder or ours, air or sea.
Can I get inspection reports with my parts?
Yes. First-article inspection (FAI) with full CMM dimensional reports, material certificates and photos is standard for first runs, and available for every batch on request.
